Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your MyRoofMap account (the MyRoofMap mobile app and myroofmap.com) and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Open the MyRoofMap app and go to the Account tab.
2. Choose Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted right away, and you are signed out and returned to the login screen.

Request deletion by email

Use this if you cannot sign in to the app.

1. Email support@myroofmap.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. We confirm the request by replying to that address, then delete the account. Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile (name, email, company branding, and logo)
• Your roof maps, measurements, reports, and presentations
• Unused map credits (these are not refundable)

What is kept

• Payment and invoice records required for tax and accounting compliance, retained for up to 7 years by our payment processor and bookkeeping systems
• Reports you shared with customers stop being associated with your account; links you sent stop working when the account is deleted
